Terms of Service

Flimmer is a video platform with kid-friendly content for profiles aged 6-12. Parents create an account for themselves and then profiles for their children. Users can watch videos, participate in quizzes, or complete tasks by uploading photos.

Consent

Parents or guardians hereby consent to their children under the age of 13 using the app, including the collection of data as outlined in the privacy policy.

Agreement

When you purchase a subscription to Flimmer, you enter into an agreement with Flimmer ApS, CVR-nr. 44188406, Kong Georgs Vej 4 4 th, 2000 Frederiksberg. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Subscribing to Flimmer includes a recurring payment agreement. The frequency of payment is defined when you create the subscription, and the associated payment method will be charged accordingly.

Payments are processed through our payment system, Stribe.

Restrictions on Use

The app currently only works on iOS devices. You may use up to 6 registered devices logged in at the same time. The subscription is for you and your household, which includes your spouse/partner and any children registered at your address.

Free Trial and Promotional Offers

If you qualify for a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid automatic conversion to a paid subscription. Promotional offers may be available from time to time, and the terms will be specified for each campaign.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription through the "Settings" menu. If cancellation occurs, access to the service will end on the next billing date.

Refund and Withdrawal Rights

You have a statutory right to withdraw from the subscription within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins from the day the subscription is created. If you have used the service (by playing content), you forfeit the right to withdraw.

Changes to Terms

Flimmer reserves the right to change these Terms of Service. Significant changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription.
